  • Do you accept insurance?
    Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance right now. Please check back as this may change!
  • Where do in-person sessions take place?
    My office is located near West Broadway & 12th ave. I will send the full address once the session is booked & confirmed.
  • What is your educational background?
    I am a Certified Professional Counsellor, working towards my RTC (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor) designation. As part of my professional & regulatory requirements I also receive supervision from a Registered Master Counsellor & attend consistent group supervision sessions. In addition to being a certified professional counsellor, I have numerous trainings and certifications that include Counselling for intimacy in relationships, Somatic sex education, level 1 & level 2 trainings in Gottman Method Couples Therapy , Psychedelics & Somatics, Substance abuse counselling, Crisis intervention, Psychosocial development, Clinical Art therapy, Sexual abuse counselling, Gender & Identity counselling, BCCDC Peer Worker Leadership Training, MMHA Provincial Peer Support Worker Training and more.** Currently gaining education & professional development in: Intersectional Feminist Theory Therapy (42 hour trauma healing course - estimated completion date for September 2024.) My professional teaching background & certificates include: ** - 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training - Pole Fitness Instructor (Beginner - Masters levels) - Aerial Hoop Instructor (Beginner/Intermediate levels) - Aerial Yoga Instructor (Beginner/ Intermediate levels) - Alixa Flexibility Instructor (Levels 1 & 2) - Lap dance & Chair balancing Instructor - 100 HR Meditation Teacher Training **These lists are not complete, it is just a brief overview of some of the background into my education/approaches. I am committed to my continued education & knowledge in order to serve my clients in the best way possible, given their specific needs & requirements.
  • Late/Cancel/Reschedule Policy
    If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, I will assume you are a no-show & the full cost of the missed session will be payable and due at the beginning of the following session. Rescheduling & Cancelling with written notice is required 24 hours prior to your appointment or the full fee will be payable.
  • Fee Policy
    Fee's are accepted via cash or e-transfer. Payments must be made before or at the beginning/end of each session.
